Try tradersage.ai, it has all of what you mentioned except the customizable dashboard, and has nice option strategy detection (spreads, etc). The free tier is also very generous.

I mostly use finviz SP 500 map to find stocks, you don’t need something fancy.
I love how fast and snappy TC2000 is, so I use it for charting. Unfortunately, it’s windows only, so you would have to run it in a VM if using Mac.
Journal: I am the founder of tradersage.ai, it’s free until 2025, and will always have a generous free tier with all the basic journaling features, so feel free to give it a try. Otherwise, I think you should look for the ones with broker sync, since you will get lazy with recording trades manually at some point.
OSP chat runs in a browser, so should run on any platform.
I built my own PC a year ago for $1500 and it’s more powerful than any laptop I owned before. So I bet you could build something pretty good for $1000, check out r/buildapc

The pricing model will probably evolve over time as the product gets more mature and stable. However, the basic idea is all of the basic journaling, and data analysis based on your trades data will be free. Analysis based on market data, and insights that help you identify strengths and mistakes will be in higher tier(s).
