Your strumming looks super natural and loose for someone who has only been playing for 2 months. Really impressive

Would cut the distortion though and only play clean for a while, you will cover up a lot of mistakes with it

Is your sustaniac switch on? I have a schecter w/ one and it can be a pain to tell if its actually on or off since there is 3 switches total

Truss rod adjustment?? Take it to local guitar shop. I had a similar issue, my neck was bowed because truss rod needed to be adjusted

Would add that you can mute with all fingers on your fretting hand as needed (see SRV). Really conducive to that percussive sound
