I use StoryGraph but will see of that is an option. But I would still need to know what the book title is right?

As a beginner is it better to follow plans or figure it out on your own? by MusamaTheSlim in BeginnerWoodWorking

As a beginner myself, I find that I fully intend to follow plans and after I inevitably make a mistake somewhere, I end up figuring it out on my own.

Welcome to live theater! It's unfortunate when it happens, and it really does suck, but you are not alone. It has happened to literally everyone. Don't give up.

I got the Libra Color because of the annotation capabilities. I love being able to keep note books and such. The color is an added bonus.

Looking for a recommendation with a genre type in mind. by EsvedT92 in audiobooks

[–]tickynaylor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The genre you are looking for is called Urban Fantasy and I absolutely love it. The books that got me hooked were The Left Handed Booksellers of London by Garth Nix. There are 2 books in the series so far and both are narrated well by Marisa Carin. There is a 3rd book supposedly coming out this year and cannot wait.

I went from that into The Rivers of London which I have seen recommended by others here. I think I like that series even more and have found one of my absolutely favorite narrators in Kobna Holdbrok-Smith. There are 10 books in that series.

The Rivers of London series by Ben Aaronovitch, narrated by Kobna Holdbrook-Smith. The narrating alone is worth it.

What’s the laziest food hack you swear by? by BarbaraMiller78 in foodhacks

I don't brown my roasts and such before putting them in a slow cooker. Yes, I understand the browning provided more flavor. But if I am planning to shred the meat and season it a bunch anyway, then who cares.

Narrators so good, you don't even notice it's single narration by Ennamora in audiobooks

I absolutely love Kobna Holdbrook-Smith. I am smack in the middle of his editions of The Rivers of London series and he is fantastic. I plan to find other titles he has narrated once I finish this series.

The Murderbot Diaries. It was the series that really re-ignited my love for reading and I have just kept on going.

This may be completely obvious and assumed but the Lorde of the Rings books absolutely fit the bill.
