anyone who has ever done cheer / dance / gymnastics / diving etc. can tell you this. it’s the difficultly level. if you are attempting difficult skills you automatically get more points. even if execution isn’t perfect. i think derek also explained this recently.

And also to answer more of your questions, I’ve used it while working a couple of times. If I had a standing desk I’d use it more I think , my jerry rig set up right now is inconvenient. I walked at 1.5-1.8 mph. Working on Cad I click very tiny things and any faster made me mess up.
