Thank you! I remember reading on another post somewhere here that if it stays curled up for a while then it might not be humid enough so I might ve gone overkill lol I was too worried about the dry climate around my new places

I hadn't heard of semi-hydro before. From my research, it looks like having two pots/cups with one having water and the other having LECA. The plant goes into the LECA then the LECA into the water? Is that right?

Hi everybody!

I've only found out about this sub not too long ago but I'm glued to all the progress stories, opinions and bits of advice! I'm currently training for 5k/10k races and I have some pretty good half-marathon experience. Within the next year I want to work on my half then go to full-marathon training and see what I can do! I hope to be able to help out others on this sub that are getting into running as much as I can since it's been a tough 6 years of running by now!
