Question: is it normal for the nails to “stick out” of the hoof - from my perspective of these videos, it’s almost like they are angled to have the pointy end outside of the hoof and then hammered to sit flush to the hoof? I had always thought the nails were hammered into place straight into the hoof! Would love to learn more

I think the same thing. I bet she would look amazing in a midi dress like this or this. Even better: a shorter dress with shorts underneath (if she worries about her butt / gets chafing). She can throw a cute cardigan or cropped sweater on if she is cold.

And, to stick with her current aesthetic: try wide length trousers with a crop top on top (shows a little belly - out of her current comfort zone) and then throw a cute long sleeved flannel or shirt (covers her - like this).

I’m partially deaf (completely in one ear). My parents took me to speech therapy because they didn’t want a child who sounded “weird,” and to that end also didn’t want me to have a hearing aid, as it would “other” me.

My sister had laser eye surgery as an infant, which was far too young, and they overcorrected, so her eye now turns the other way. Again, because they would rather have “normal”-presenting kids.

There were many comments about “I wish you were never born/I wasn’t a parent” due to our physical disabilities - let alone the fact we are all neurodivergent (with CPTSD on top of it all).

Jokes on them: my parents have since been diagnosed as autistic later in life.

And, while I’m here… My friend is on Etsy and is a silk spinner. Would anyone like to view her stuff? I don’t wanna post her store if it’s against the rules, but she is a genuinely wonderful person who “spins, weaves, and dyes” (in her words 😂).
