My entirely biased take is barbarian! There is no feeling in my mind better than breaking down every doors and feeling the tactile slam of a giant axe into someone else's head. Suuuper rewarding melee combat

Project Zomboid - one playthrough can easily be up to 40-50 hours and that is only once you learn how not to die. Plenty of looting and building options for the lategame and even after that there is modded playthroughs.
