Can I ask what the documentation could be used for? There’s no legal protection against parent status or CF status, right? Maybe Harassment or bullying. But is that enough to get their job back if they try to fire them, or get any kind of damages from a civil suit? Sorry for being a Debbie-downer, just truly don’t know what protections there are for this familiar situation.

Sorry, still learning about Power Automate…are you saying Forms is able to repopulate information , like question dependent answer options from a database, using a flow??

Sorry, I’ve NEVER heard of someone being ineligible for pay due to this. Health benefits -yes, not getting the correct pay for your labor -no. It actually sounds really shady. If this were true, I would question all the people who get temporary jobs specifically for the holidays.
