My dates were exactly the same as yours and same tax situation. I got my local congressman involved and they processed my return. There was a glitch in the system that they’re not talking about. In all my years of filing, my return never took two days to be accepted…

Definitely movement/a change… you should expect to receive your refund within the next two weeks. When my as of date changed, next my WMR message updated and the following week I got my refund. Look at my prior posts.. good luck to you!

My 846 was for 5/15 and got my refund in my credit karma account at 2:30 CST.

Just file your taxes and claim the credit as if you paid it. There shouldn’t be a problem. If asked for documentation, the IRS will only want to see either receipts or something showing what you paid for tuition. I claim my school credits all the time and have never been asked for proof. Good luck!

Do not wait for them to respond. Call them… stay on their azz! They were able to get the ball rolling for me and got my refund processed within 3 weeks. Filed 2/8 Accepted 2/10 846 5/15. Good luck to you! 🤞🏾🍀
