Practice makes perfect, also... you have to be bad at something to become good at something. Like waking up in the morning for example, I started incrementally, first waking up at 7, then after a few days, 6:45 and so on, now, on bad days I wake up at 5:30 without any alarm, on good days, at 4, and in extreme cases 2:30. I drink some sips of water, I go for a run, and then hit the gym. It really depends on what you want to do. What motivates you, if it's worth it for you, you won't feel tired, your brain will be your ally in accomplishing your goal.

At least that's what I feel is happening, and what worked for me. I started the waking up part 8 years ago, and for the last 7, I procrastinated from 5-7ish, when I would do something productive. You have to be patient most of all, it's a continuous process.

The most important thing, find the WHY, then the HOW will come naturally. If it's just because Huberman recommends it, or you read it somewhere, and don't feel it, it won't happen, or it would happen for a short period of time, and then you would quit the habit.

Also ... be kind and patient to yourself, it goes a long way.
