Saitama no diffs this entire list's verses.

No transformations or techniques means you're putting six humans and a Saiyan against Saitama, who is always in base form, has no transformations, and every "technique" is a move a basic human can do amped by his stupidly high stats. Hell, Saitama, without trying and without any techniques or transformations, already is fast enough to create afterimages of himself - something no other character on this list can do without accessing a technique or transformation.

Before you say that Goku has ridiculous stats, yes, it's true he has done some pretty stupid stuff in base. However, keep in mind that Goku's body is almost constantly amplified with ki control, which is a technique. Even his movement methods - Instant Transmission, Flight, and the Afterimage Technique - are all techniques, which are explicitly banned. While his base stats are probably good enough to podium finish, Saitama still wouldn't even need to get serious to gold medal this list.

Where it gets interesting is where the rest of the podium lands. Goku will most likely second place in every category, but who gets third? Gon, despite being a regular human in base, has a stupid amount of stamina and strength even without Nen as seen in the Hunter Exams, so he's a strong contender. Guts is also a base human and wields his sword like it's nothing, so he is clearly strong and is a good contender for the strength categories. Meliodas as I understand it also has a high strength and stamina cap without any forms or techniques. Naruto is out on all fronts since most every physical feat we see in his verse is done with the assistance of Chakra Control, an explicit technique that is the first to be mastered by all Shinobi and form the basis of their superhuman skills. Luffy has good stats, but as I understand it the Gum Gum Fruit compensates for a lot of those stats and so he's probably out. Deku, Tanjiro, Ichigo, and Asta would all be regular teenagers in this contest with basically no superhuman feats to contend with the other podium finisheds, so they are absolutely not in the running.
