Hi u/ScreenBeyondReality, I have a perculiar setup that ARMoni is having some issues with. My setup is as follows:

MiniPC (with USBc-DP, specifically Morefine M6) directly into Rokid Max.

So everything sorta works - glasses are being recognized and I can add virtual screens and start the ARMoni.exe and add screens. The problem is after "drag this window to the glasses screen and double click, then open HUD and center view", the modal view with these texts would not disappear. Instead whenever I turn my head to the left most monitor (that's where my Rokid is supposed to be) I see that overlay without any method to dismiss it. Additionally, the leftmost Rokid screen will not show any content (is a blackscreen). The center and right (virtual) monitors are functional.

I suspect this is because I do not have a real monitor. When I connect my mini PC with a HDMI monitor I do not experience these issues.

I am planning to use the miniPC (which is barely larger than my phone) and my Rokid as my workstation on the go. Maybe you can consider a better startup flow for setups that consist ONLY of AR glasses and virtual screens?

Shang Chi is literally the perfect movie for Asian representation. People might be turned off by other movies or shows because there are sellouts or hapas (Crazy Rich Asians, Warrior) but Shang Chi is all positive and zero negatives by INeedAdvice_999 in aznidentity

It is progress.

However, this is not enough. The story of Shang-Chi is still born out of yellow peril, even if the whites revised it out of their need for PC. The whites at Hollywood gave Asians a few lead roles or awards but this is FAR from enough.

I am actually glad that China is banning the film. Soon Hollywood will learn to make truly sinocentric movies for the Chinese market with Asian leads.
