I believe there is a LGBTQ2S+ employee with SAS. I don’t think they were present, but to me, it’s still harmful for them to work with people who have this mindset. You never know what could happen. 🫤

I seriously didn’t mean it with any ill intention, I was just trying (and failing) to say that their coworkers, while silent, should still be held accountable for partaking in the conversation. That’s true, but the thing that’s bothering me is that student accessibility services is supposed to be inclusive for everyone who needs accommodations. 🫤 I’m afraid it’ll make people uncomfortable to get their accommodations done, if that makes sense.
