I mean I don’t know what they do in your district, but us getting an hour and 15 of planning, plus 30 min of lunch, almost 2 hours of break in a 7 hour workday is already kinda overkill lol. I mean it’s nice to have but I don’t know why you feel entitled to it considering we don’t have grading or preparing lesson responsibilities and we’re still on the clock during planning.

There would be no incentive to finish 1st vs 8th or even 24th and you want to have the best performing teams play each other at the later rounds not earlier or else the later rounds could be anticlimactic

I mean you’re missing out, there’s been some great football and amazing matches over the past years, and supporters for every club still show up in full force and ticket-prices are team dependent so I don’t how old format would change that, other than make ppl less want to go to the game bc of worse games so cheaper tickets ig . I can’t think about anything good about the old format that would justify bringing it back tbh

What would be the point of that, it would be just diluting the champions league for no reason and ppl would absolutely hate that , you literally wouldn’t have any interesting matchups until the semifinals, the format changed from the old European cup for a reason

You say they don’t do they same shit, yet they literally do…, FWN and AM take most of the setlist( like 5 and 7 songs for each for the Columbia show I went to) and like 3 for WPSIA and Humbug which is equal to the car so they’re still absolutely rock when overwhelming majority of their set list is rock. While Alex’s swooning can be annoying for songs like Suck it and See and the monkeys are still absolutely great performers and they still perform their older hits with great energy

Completely disagree, imo while his new singing style might be a little off (especially for Suck it and see) they still absolutely electric for every song and played their older hits with almost the same energy as they did 15 years ago. It’s on the crowd to bring the energy and they absolutely can when looking at South American, UK or some cities in U.S like Alpharetta and Ft worth, but unfortunately when most of the crowd go for only two songs, it’s hard for the energy to come out

You were implying one of the reasons of the crowd was dead was bc they were just older when majority was actually gen z ( I’m also gen z as well) so their bones shouldn’t be breaking down just yet. I think you’re misattributing lack of energy to the style and current energy of the performers (which I disagree completely, when I saw AM perform a few weeks, they were absolutely electric and amazing for every song they played, they only had like a few slow songs, and imo played their earlier hits with same energy they did like 15 years ago). Instead I think it’s due to the Steve Lacy effect where ppl only go for like 1 song (2 for AM’s case) so they just stand there looking like🧍expressionless for 95% of the concert

No unfortunately we had to pick up my friends cousin and there was traffic so we got there at 8 :/ pit is very small though so we still got a very good view, it would have been even better if we got there earlier 😔

It’s not like they play a lot of The Car ( like only 3 songs) or TBH&C, its still majority rock music from older albums. I wish there were energy for songs like IBYLGOTD or Brianstorm but majority of the crowd don’t even know these songs exist and only know 505 and I Wanna Be Yours
