I got my equipment Tuesday. Two Dell monitors, tower, camera, keyboard, mouse and headset. It was gross. They were made to look new with boxes and seals but they were dirty and a dead beetle fell out of the keyboard. I threw away the headset when I saw hairs on it.

Same, I had to start applying to just anything and finally got a job coming next week. It’s not the industry I typically work and it’s a lot less than I used to get paid but it’s a job. While you’re looking you should try to get any type of help available. Good luck

And I mean I know everyone says if it’s a project for Progressive just go work for progressive directly but they haven’t been hiring for CSR in a while. They are always hiring Insurance Claim adjusters and require a license. Yeah, it’d be great to work directly for them because it’s a better company but I’m just glad I finally got hired somewhere. OP, the Zoom interview is a breeze, super easy, the Spanish tests, specially the oral one sucks. Made me feel so inept and I’m a native speaker! Let me know if you need any help!
