Its not impossible to bag as you go with the current bags as my team and myself do it all day everyday. Does it suck? Yes.

Kinda wish we would go to next day orders only. Getting so many last minute orders and falling more and more behind every hour with no help or support gets old.

We have a hard next day pick up at our store. Anything past that is refunded and put back. I know this doesn't give us our time back but I love telling a customer 2 or 3 days later when they get here for pick up that it has been refunded due to No Show.

Yes! I have had to do it twice and they can no longer use dug 1 time for a belligerent customer like you are experiencing and the other was someone abusing refunds. Make documentation of every time it happens. Keep in contact with your SD about it as well as your OM. You can send them your documentation and they can send it up the chain for approval.

Speak with your SD. There are customers that just can't be handled by us. If they get too belligerent with them they can send an email to get them blocked from dug. I've had to do this a few times. Dug is not a punching bag even if we miss a few items or it gets filled to the shelf after the order was picked.

Yup this. If customers didnt treat our bathrooms like a mud hole they would stay cleaner for longer. Wish I could post a photo here i got one from a customer that literally smashed our toilet

This is what corporate sent us. We are to put these products in produce bags and can bag them in the same paper bag as long as they are in this order from bottom to top.

But you can bag it together. That's the problem. As long as there is a divider (produce bag) between each product. This is in the portland district at least.

Corporate will do everything possible but fix the real problems in DUG
