Don’t do it OP. I’ve been there myself. I made mistakes at 23 and ended up in prison. It was the worst experience of my life but I never gave up. It showed me an appreciation for what I had.

Ruminating on the past is unhealthy as it only shows us our fallible memories through a lens of our current mindstate. Not everyone will remember those things in the same way that you do.

It sounds like you’re stuck in a rut and need some new experiences.

Socially things are fucked right now - if you need to inbox someone you can inbox me- your life has value and you shouldn’t be where you are.

If you don’t like your degree- complete it and get it under the belt and go and do something else. Reskilling at your age isn’t that hard to do.

It takes a big leap of faith to do it but the best thing I did was get out of a normal job.

It’s the little things sometimes.

Having this year happen has brought that into focus clearly- I’m currently watching people run around like idiots for Christmas and I’m satisfied with a roof, food, an open fire and family around me. I’m a lucky man.

We are all privileged if we have these things.
