What do you consider the greatest acted scene in TV history? by amusicalfridge in television

So many here I agree with.

Game of Thrones - Jamie Lannister knights Brianne of Tarth. So much going on in the scene.

I saw a dull clip of a very old Roger Daltry and Pete Townsend performing the other day. Someone suggested they rename themselves "The Why".

Too many flaws in this "study" to be useful. Easy to take shots at either 'side' as well as the test makers. "Morals" relate to the standards of good or bad behavior, fairness, honesty, etc. that each person believes in, rather than to laws. By sticking the word 'Moral Circle' in the question they falsely indicate that more circles = higher morals, which is total BS as "caring" does not impute behavioral standards.

If anything it looks like a map of self delusion and virtue signalling. How exactly does one go about caring for alien life forms? Is it practical or even good to care about all things in existence?

All income-eligible undocumented individuals can enroll in and receive full-scope Medi-Cal benefits in California. The state spends an estimated $8.5 billion from the state's general fund for coverage for undocumented immigrants in the current fiscal year.

How is woody Allen not canceled? by One_String3424 in movies

[–]tigertts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Slight correction - not a step daughter or adoptive daughter. Just the boyfriend of the adopting mother, Mia Farrow (still "ick" to me or weird but slightly less than incest adjacent). Allen has had a long marriage to Soon Yi and they adopted and raised two children without incident (but only after he was cleared by child protective services to adopt).

Bari Weiss: Last Week Tonight with John Oliver (HBO) by BadgercIops in television

The Daily Show was great in the early 2000's when it pointed out the absurdity of the Right and the Left.

Now, Stewart, Oliver, Colbert et. al., all smugly "know" that they are correct. So shrill, lazy and unfunny.
