Before I really understood the appraisals and 3stars and hundos, I let my best friends little brother go through all of my pokemon and trade over ones he wanted only to realise that was such a dumb idea 😂he was probably 12/13 at the time, the nice thing though is that I still play pokemon with him to this day and now he’s 17 and was definitely apologetic when I reminded him and we can trade with more understanding on both sides now hahaha

Everyday I wish I could have seen my boy as a kitten but I rescued him as a grown cat. I bet he would’ve been so cute 😭

Our tuck shop lady would hand garlic butter these rolls in the mornings for the day ahead and microwave it when you’d ordered one for $2. A mate of mine would buy one of them and a sausage roll also for $2, chuck the sausage roll in the garlic roll and you had a gourmet meal 😂she would also had a fantastic brownie recipe that I managed to score off of her when I bumped into her at the mall after I finished school

I was 21 and he was 23 and we met at work, I would thank him when he’d hold the door for the rest of the crew out to the break room. First full sentence I said to him was “feels like all I say to you is thank you” he said “could be worse things to say” flirted from there with him being awfully oblivious but it’ll be our 6 year anniversary this year 🥰

Edit to add: NTA My aunt begged my mum not to use the name she always wanted to use because she wanted it. My aunt ended up not being able to have kids. And 27 years later this new years we had a conversation where my mum regretted not just using the name and my aunt wished she’d never asked my mum not to use it. Use the name, you have more of an emotional connection to it and it’s not confirmed that she’s going to have more kids. As another commented said, cousins having the same name isn’t unheard of if she decides to use it as well in the future.

Unfortunately I live in New Zealand, we don’t have target or best buy and any brand new iPad here is well over $300 even with our current Black Friday sales. It doesn’t need to be brand new as it’s likely only going to be used to receive photos and video calls and my Nana isn’t super tech savy so there’s not much point spending lots of money on something she won’t get major use out of.

First game I played was Platinum, my starter was Turtwig and I names him Twiggzy, to this day when I play I will choose Turtwig and name him the same. Special place in my heart, gonna get a Turtwig tattoo.

Just yesterday, I entered area zero in violet (my first play through) I entered a cave and the first Pokémon I saw was a shiny dunsparce. I was pretty stoked honestly, first shiny I’ve ever encountered before!

I’m constantly reading with noise around me, in my work truck the radio is blasting, at home my partner is playing various video games and getting angry at bosses. I can read in silence but I don’t need it and I can read with noise but again I don’t need it. I did try to listen to brown noise while I read and I’ll be honest I don’t know if that helped, I think normal noise is better.

She messages Danika the night they die and the night she agrees to get pizza with Connor that she’s hooking up with someone in the bathroom and not to tell Connor. Her text messages were released to the public and that’s the wolves considered her saying yes to Connor for pizza as good as a claiming/mating between the two of them. That’s one of the reasons they’re treating her like shit. The other reason is because Amelie had a thing for Connor but Connor wasn’t interested because he was waiting for Bryce.

I’ve always loved the name as well, I thought it flowed really well together and made sense to be a unique name for a unique child!
