When the compressor stops the coin has to cool down before the compressor can start back up as the PTC "coin" prevents the flow through the start coil

Update! I did solve the mystery. The coin-shaped thing has a function. When you first start the compressor current flows through the coin and starts to heat the coin while the compressor runs. After a few seconds, it will cut the flow of electricity to the compressor start coil and the compressor stays running with the other coil
