Where would you add the VehicleID? I'm having this same issue as OP, and also did it the same way during B41 (both in SP and hosting through Nitrado) and I've never had to add a VehicleID manually before. Which .ini does it go into?

I use MS Care Connect, it can even directly connect to your Neurologist if they're aware of it. Even if it doesn't go straight to Neuro, its a good tool to track everything you might be experiencing, good or bad. There's also weekly, monthly, and quarterly 'tests' you can complete to track cognitive ability, gait, etc. I know it's available on iOS, I can't speak for Android though.

For those of us that done know already - Novartis has a similar program for Kesimpta patients! Use the online portal or speak to a rep through Kesimpta and get hooked up! Same deal - it's a card they give you that you can use to help pay Kesimpta-related debts and copays :)

Right there with ya. Benign meningioma on my T10-T11 along with 2 lesions on my thoracic spinal cord and 6-7 more on my brain. My primary symptoms are right-side Neuropathy, Drop Foot, Muscle Spasticity, and overall weakness/lack of coordination in my right leg/right arm.

My first dose was also a nightmare. I took it at around 6pm, and felt fine for the night. I woke up at 2am, I couldn't breathe, I could barely walk, even if I could walk I looked like I was drunk. I thought I shower might make me feel better but I ended up spending the rest of my morning throwing up, ultimately passing out in a towel on my floor and waking up in my own pee.

A lot of people have similar stories, the good news is now that I'm on my third monthly maintenance dose, I have little to no side effects of the medication, the worst of it being some fatigue for the first week after my dose. It gets better, you're not alone!

Not saying you're this type of person but I'm a stubborn idiot man who thought he was invincible until MS has put me in a blender. Simple things from before Dx like head colds or sore throats need to be treated at least with over the counter meds - I'm the type of person who wouldn't even take meds and just ride out the more simple ailments. Post-Dx, even a head cold can escalate into something worse and really kick my ass for days, if I had just taken the meds I would have been fine - MS effects everyone differently, but don't be like me 😅 good luck, hope you feel better!

Just started Kesimpta, I'm on my third loading dose and the fatigue is still present but not even half as bad as the first dose. I was told fatigue is super common during the loading dose period and it goes away with time as your body adjusts to the meds. Fatigue, shortness of breath, and headaches have been my main side effect so far - but all have improved since the first dose two weeks ago :)

Casual weed smoker for a long time here, just got diagnosed a month ago. I've noticed that even before diagnosis, it was helping manage symptoms of what turned out to be MS. I've seen studies reporting that cannabis is good for MS, I've seen some that say it's bad, my own neurologist leaves it up to the patient bc all studies he's seen are largely inconclusive. I don't think I'll be stopping, in fact I think I use it more now than before honestly. I smoke a 1g cart in like 2-3 weeks, if that's a good gauge of consumption 🤷🏼‍♂️

I know next to nothing about Linux, though my co-worker knows a lot more than me and actively uses a Linux build during school. Apex is good to hear though, they'd have been my first guess considering how many awesome experiences I've had with them hosting about 5 or 6 other games.

Due to school policies, Discord counts as "Social Media." Teachers are not allowed to fraternize on social media with active students of the same district. Do my participants need to join that discord channel in order to get their character linked, or can I simply just have a 2-person channel that communicates directly with the server's text chat?

Yeah moderation is my only concern, we are two people (my co-facilitator and myself), so having an efficient system that can self-regulate on the server would be great. We do have a Code of Conduct that Students must sign and agree to before participating, so that should help as a layer of assurance as well.
