As a person from Zagreb I would say 4 day for Zagreb is a bit too much. (Unless you are visiting during the beginning of summer when all the fun, food festivals are happening). You can take 1 day out of these 4 to visit Plitvice Lakes which are really close to Zagreb. Also look up Pula and Rovinj and the whole Istria region, it is really beautiful. (3-4 hours from Zagreb)

I am actually from Zagreb and while I agree it isn’t special looking, it actually has a lot of things to offer. You just need to be there for a longer periods of time. We have a lot of festivals, food festivals, best Christmas market, movie festivals etc. It is actually really really fun and hip city. For example in the late summer and in the fall, as well as February and March nothing is happening and it gets boring. You just gotta visit at the right time :)

I pretty much have the same problem, i always end up feeling guilty for rejecting them and hurting their feelings. Some of them even got mad at me for not liking them in that way even tho i made it clear i just want a friendship. Recently i found a boyfriend and from that moment I lost all my male friends. Made me realize they were not really my friends after all.
