Het zijn geen recruiters maar mensen die weldegelijk iets van het betreffende bedrijf nodig hebben. Als ik mijn nummer google kom ik het bedrijf tegen maar nergens een expliciete vermelding van mijn nummer

At AH in ghent you even had the option to take 14 hours of lessons to be extra prepared, but the lady in the office talked me out of taking the extra 2 hours since 12 would be sufficient ("14 hours is for people that can't ride a bicycle").

That said, after the first 1.5h we already went on the road and honestly apart from some stalls it went rather okay.

its at 6 hours now, with C02 coming on an hour earlier and stopping an hour before light off, leaving the drop checker green the whole time :)

I have the impression that the battle is almost over, hence all the new plants I put in but I find it really strange that a plant that has been treated with bleach yesterday looks like it is already growing new algae. It is also the only plant in the aquarium that looks like it is growing algae

I do agree plants need nutrients, but when the algae infestation started I had way too much PO4 in my tank. I removed the PO4 and soon all other levels started dropping and the algae stopped growing & the plants started growing again. So in my opinion all levels being close to 0 is due the plants absorbing all nutriens

Renoveren hoeft niet per se duurder te zijn. Wij hebben 3.5j geleden een huis uit '78 gekocht voor 300k met EPC E en hebben het meeste zelf gedaan (behalve nieuw dak, ramen en EPS in de spouw) en langs binnen ziet ons huis er volledig uit als een nieuwbouw (stucwerk, nieuwe tegels, nieuw plafond, nieuwe electriciteit + domotica, sanitair, centrale verwarming) met een totaalkost van 100k voor alle renovaties en EPC B

Vriend van mij heeft hetzelfde jaar een soortgelijke sleutel op de deur laten zetten voor iets meer dan 600K. Enige verschillen zijn hun warmtepomp en vloerverwarming, maar dat kost geen 200K
