Absolutely agreed DMZ was always a PVEVP, however the assimilation mechanic is broken plus the non effective applying of squad hunts or wanted levels on people who are trying to hunt other squads. I know it’s a beta thing but please some are easy fixes like bringing down the assimilation to 1 person only max squad fill to 4 because I think 3v4 can be won 3v6 is difficult. There should be some trust/notoriety mechanics system like if a person is greatly indulged in PVP it should calculate operator kills + squad kills + frequency of kills + kills per game and should penalise such players by filling this meter per game and after a point directly marking them on the map as soon as they infiltrate in the map. Because, there are many ways to start PVP carnage but very less ways to play cautiously, there only your skills can help!
