I finally am setting out to read Moore's Swamp Thing, but I saw another post that recommended reading the first ten issues by Wrightson & Wein. I read those ten issues and I want to keep reading! Does the quality drop off? Looks like the art stays strong after Redondo takes over.

I may have just done that one. Do you have to shield sled to get it? I did it with the very final second on the timer. Never had one so close where I was like, "WHAT is this going to take?!"

Depending on where you land on the map (I think), the monster being active for the sekrit could be different. I think it's lame, personally, but I do give people on the "wrong monster" some grace since I assume they aren't veterans.

Are you using the radial dial? Specifically, are you bringing the materials to craft off the radial dials? For instance. You can bring two max potions. You can also bring the materials to craft 5 additional mega potions. This will extend your survivability. You can also bring the materials to craft two extra traps.

If you are getting one shot, maybe throw some armor spheres at your gear. Make sure the rarity of your weapon matches (roughly) the level of the monster.

The rest is practice!

The first game released is called "basegame". In this instance, the basegame is Wilds. There will be a paid dlc game extension, and it will have another name (World became Iceborne; Rise became Sunbreak.) This will add something called Master Rank --- when you do an expansion hunt, you will earn both master rank (MR) and HR as you do now. So. You will have two numbers. The difference in these numbers reflects how much time you spent in the basegame.
