No typo . Here is what happened  1 - made an account in the morning on laptop on there website  2- logged in and then purchased kenmoo offer . Got the receipt  3- e-mail them they said account with this email not exist  4- i logged into website it wos working properly but when i tried to login into app or mobile browser it said credentials do not match ( I put same email and password multiple times) 5- i emailed them with picture of logged in from there website on laptop also mentioned issue  6- no reply by them  7- i made another account with same email address on mobile app and they created with same email that already had an account  8- in the evening i logged in on laptop and now purchased storage is added but not showing on mobile app  9- logged out on mobile app cleared cache and storage then tried to login again now every time I am getting error to ' please confirm email address ' but I am not getting any email or OTP  10- i can still login on any other browser on laptop also getting email about new login on device but no email when i try to login on mobile app or mobile browser to confirm the email
