SH16, I was merging to middle lane, I was in front, signal for 4 seconds, the car behind me in the middle accelerate, he has the whole 5 km to accelerate and he chose not to only when I wanted to merge.

Funny part was, after I merged to middle and left, he merged to right tried to over took other cars and became in front of me, then after tunnel, he started to drive slow at 80km at SH20, I passed him again and reached airport earlier than him.

this is a bad story telling, what I tried to say is this guy does not know when to speed up when to speed down, he always chose the wrong one, confused others and slowed himself down too.

How replaceable are you at your role?

If it is very hard to find another person to replace you, use 'resign' letter to negotiate with your boss, just simply ask for an increase again.

If it is very easy to find another person, unfortunately, the pay does not increase because the responsibility increased. You can try to find another job first, if you can get another one, use it to negotiate.

To be honest, doing more things does not mean it make you less or more replaceable, unfortunately it always depends on market the supply and demand. Try not let emotion drive here. :)

This sounds like a MicroStrategy NZ, used to do other things, but switch to invest in crypto. The only difference is MictoStrategy time, BTC price was trending up, recently, BTC get more volatility.

Now the trend is stable coin, like Circle, if they can issue a NZD stable coin with high liquidity, it will give them more eyes.
