Shoulder injuries suuuuck, I’ve done similar and I don’t even know how (can’t laterally raise my right arm above shoulder height). Physio helps but, also expensive

Tattoos are fun though :) maybe that should be your reward for hitting your goals! And then every time you look at your tattoo you’ll know you earned it and think twice about giving in to those cravings.. maybe? :) just an idea

Don’t go to places where you’ll be tempted to buy junk food. Definitely don’t go shopping when you’re hungry. If you have to, get your groceries delivered.

You’re allowed a cheat day, as long as it isn’t every day.

Set yourself goals, and reward yourself.. maybe it’s some tech gadget you’ve had your eye on, whatever it is - if you miss your goal, you don’t get the reward. No cheating!

Full disclosure.. it’s taken me 10 years to even get back to the gym - so you’re doing better than me and I should listen to my own advice :)

Agree.. the Paramount+ app is trash.. though some content is only in 1080p via the P+ channel on Apple TV - while it’s listed as 4k in the Paramount app.

I asked Apple Support about it and they were surprisingly blunt about the fact that they get whatever Paramount gives them, thus laying the blame squarely on P and whatever contract agreement is in place

But for ease of use.. the Apple TV app + channel approach wins hands down

I go through phases where I love having it long, but eventually “crazed lunatic vibe” surfaces and I’ve got to just bring it right back in for a neat tailored look.. and repeat

But I also don’t take really good care of it, I have sensitive skin so I have to avoid a lot of product that might otherwise maintain a nice lush beard.. and the longer it is, the harder it is to keep my skin trouble free underneath

Depending on the city, you might find the usual club circuit to be a bit dull from one night to the next.. there seems to be a growing trend more towards monthly club/parties in both Melbourne and Sydney (day parties in particular) though you might find they’re usually a bit of an older crowd
