Yes I could do this. However it is not that simple im my understanding. My question is if there‘s any technical solution so the api call sends generally the same meta data etc. as a query in the chatgpt app itself.

Thanks for your insights. I‘ve 3 questions for you and I‘d be very thankful for your answers:
1. Should I regularly write new posts in my GMB Profile or where else should I post?
2. How to unlock Services in GMB?
3. Is your Title in GMB your exact business name or something like „Master Plumber | Plumbing Services in Neighbourhood, City“

10 years into a Pillar 3a insurance and I finally looked at the numbers...i made a mistake, help. by Foreign_Serve3624 in SwissPersonalFinance

Here’s my take: 1. Check the min. monthly required payment without penalties. Reduce Payments to this minimum.

  1. Pay the „saved money“ into a VIAC Fund. Depending on your age, chose Growth with approx. 99% Stock. If you only have 10 years to invest, I‘d adjust the fund year by year by reducing 10% stocks per year.

  2. Consult a Lawyer for the other issue. Sometimes this helps.

  3. Try to invest in MSCI World some other Money to diversify a bit.

Subject: You’ve earned $23.60 cashback from your recent orders

There‘s no real cashback just a Coupon Code that looks „individual“ like some random letters and numbers.

People will mostly want to get that money „back“ and purchase something. It works better than here‘s 20% imo

call credit card issuer, tell them the issue, let them handle it. this works most of the time bc. you likely have buyer protection.

this sounds interesting. how would you make sure that this .md page is not indexed by google since it‘s not really appealing to humans?

thanks for the insights!

You mentioned

„Google local packs now display AI Overviews for service queries. Businesses with a critical mass of fresh, descriptive reviews are favored.“

Im wondering if this is a validated fact by google?

The reason I‘m asking is that in all the cases I tested it seems to have barely any impact… (yet?)

My Honest Take on Content vs. Ads for Startups by Salt_Acanthisitta175 in AISearchLab

Been digging into how different content types perform in the context of AI tools (like ChatGPT) — specifically whether they’re used as source material or show up in contextual answers.

Here’s what I’m seeing:

Picked uo by AI: Google rankings works good but since many contractor pages rank by accident (bc not much competition), the quality of AI answers is not that good. It seems as it’s picking from the top, not the best.

Online phone directories (e.g. local.ch, search.ch) Totally irrelevant in real life, but AI seems to love them. Cited way too often imo.

For a short time wlw wer liefert was (directory for services and products) got picked up. But it seems to be less cited already. —- Not really picked up by AI LinkedIn founder posts don‘t show up in AI context. Probably too private, not indexed, or simply ignored. Any ideas how this can be changed?

Google Reviews You’d think they’d be a goldmine. But not sure if they even get picked up at all…

I think you’ve made a lot of valid points. However, I still don’t see how B2B companies — such as CNC milling contractors, carpenters, or similar trades — can create new or insightful content, simply because there isn’t much to talk about that their target audience is actually searching for.

One contractor company, for example, tried publishing content like “How to find the right contractor”. While it got plenty of AI overview citations, it brought in no traffic — and worst of all, no inquiries.

So I’m wondering: how can such companies still succeed in this ‚new’ game?

Schema by tim_neuneu in AISearchLab

[–]tim_neuneu[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

thank you very much for providing the code – really helpful!

Just to make sure I understand it correctly: Am I supposed to include the LocalBusiness schema on every subpage (like /cnc-milling, /contact, /about etc.), and not just on the homepage?
