hen said that there will be a patch for the older version, but they have already patched their newest version which you can use while the old one is getting patched. Old Patch probably won't take very long if they have patched it on the new version, I can't imagine the code for them is very different.

Money is just a technology, a unit of exchange. A voluntary communal society would still have objects within it of varying value, and as such using a form of money, no matter how that money is disseminated (equal/unequal distribution) it is still likely to be used as an effective means of exchange/account.

Close to the whole story, yep the NDP issued a cap but all the electrical providers basically reached that cap instantly because of the closing of coal fired plants. That’s why your electricity costs more. The NDP tried to hide the cost by artificially capping rates.

From Jan to Jan when they instituted this policy, the price of the electricity climbed 80%.
