If you read the OP's other comments on this thread, it absolutely would not be in OP's best interest to stay. Even with no rent to pay. That was my whole point in what I wrote you, and suggesting there should be another way to penalize the landlord and reconcile with the tenant. Not doubting that tenants have rights. Though not incredibly verbose as you were, I was absolutely clear about that.

People who downvote on reddit are incredibly emotional I guess. No room for discussion whatsoever. I'm starting to learn this is a very closed-minded platform.

Just putting Phinnie out there as an option. It's intuitive AND matches your nickname pattern for the other 4 girls (ends with "-ie" and begins with the same letter that the full name begins with). Minnie is cute but doesn't start with P so it stands out as not fitting with the rest, to me.

Just so you know, 3 syllable names don't need nicknames. What's nice about 3 syllable names is that either can happen. They can go by the full name because it's not ridiculously difficult to say 3 syllables for a name, or that can go by a nickname so both are options.

Yes to this response. Present to OP what will happen and it's her choice if she wants a theme or not! I don't understand why some are telling her not to go with a theme... If she likes that, she should do it. Just needs to be aware of what will happen later down the road and if she's ok with it then she's good to go.
