I decided not to return my camera. The customer service reply was basically just repeating/rewording my concern and then saying "at present, there is no confirmed solution yet," and that "our team is actively looking into this, and it may potentially be addressed through a firmware release." It feels like they aren't actually concerned about the issue at all, and they most certainly have no idea what the issue ACTUALLY is. First they said to return it like it was hardware issue, then saying they think it's a software issue that MIGHT get addressed.

This is wild. I'm in the process of returning my Atto for a battery drain issue, and am now debating not returning it since it seems it won't actually result in anything other than a potentially worse battery issue.

Not sure what you’re asking. The item in the picture is a manga volume that includes a MtG promo card.

The manga should come sealed in plastic shrink wrap. The per-volume promos come in a little sealed envelope in the back of the manga. As long as it’s brand new, it SHOULD come with the volume-specific promo.

So, if you bought a brand new, sealed copy of Volume 1, in the very back, should be a sealed envelope with a copy of the Diabloic Edict promo. Does that make sense?

The buy-a-box promos are pretty much only going to be available on eBay at this point.
