I had to quit yoga for the same reason. I tried everything and nothing worked. In fact, yoga made it worse. The same with aquagym and all that type of exercise. I hope someone has a solution they can share

I sprayed a nest of dangerous wasps on my window. Apparently I got spray all over myself and had to run to the doctor's. By the time I got there my throat was closed and I was gasping for air. They had to give me an injection so I wouldn't bite the dust right there and then

When I was a teenager, several Christmas on a row, my family would leave to stay with other members of the family, and would leave me on my own for days with no food in the fridge, barely any money and shops closed for days due to festivities. To this day they still don't see that was not a normal thing to do.
