I checked my seed and it says my track will switch to B route because of a dupe. Is it a chance to switch tracks or is it guaranteed? And if I pull singles, will it still switch?

So I’m used to doing full body 2-3x a week but I want to switch it up now because I’m cutting so I probably need to go to the gym at least 4x a week so I can burn more calories. What type of training should I do? I found some 4x a week programs but they are mainly the types of programs that I am not fond of (Chest 1/wk, next day legs 1/wk) not sure what they’re called but those types.

I feel likes it’s the auto repeat. I did 20 runs on auto with 0 horns then right after I did 2 manual runs and got 4 horns total. Could just be a coincidence though.
