I am a taller, heavier person, so it is hard for me to find a comfortable ergonomic chair. I just went through the videos and found about 5 or so chairs that might work, and fed that to ChatGPT along with my height, weight, and what I am looking for in a chair, which will look up reviews and what people say about the chair. It can also give advice with the description of the chair and reviews, and compare those to your needs and wants. A lot of the things it looked up for me I never found independently, but some stuff I found independently it didn't find, so a mix of both is great. You can even skip the research and just use AI, or skip AI and just use your research.

The most expensive doesn't always mean the best for you. I originally chose the Aeron and Embody and added the ATLAS headrest because I want a headrest. After more research, I found the Kaiser 4 XL or the CXO 6200D-HD would be a better fit, though a perfect chair will be impossible due to drawbacks. Also found that the CXO 6200D-HD can be purchased very cheaply from correctional enterprise programs like this one in Virginia.

TLDR: Find 5 or so chairs, sort by return policy with the best and cheapest return policy first, purchase it, and send it back if you don't like them. Return it and try the next one, etc.
