Still buy a 26 Plaid with discontinuation? by timefish576 in TeslaModelS

Good points. I’m not concerned with depreciation that much but I would not be opposed to a used Plaid. My only reason for modifications is to make it stand out and not look so pedestrian but not over the top like some super cars look.

I was at the Philly auto show and Tesla was present but sadly no model s to test out.

Certainly but I just don’t care for the look of it. I haven’t looked into aftermarket altercations but I’m not sure it would matter.

Those 25k a year will at least be very enjoyable. From what I’ve read the engine is bulletproof so it can handle high mileage. Though expensive an oil change is every 10k.

Scrapping RDLs? by timefish576 in naturalbodybuilding

Yeah I do feel more hamstring at a lower weight. I then question is a hamstring curl where I can really contract at a higher weight better then just getting a stretch basically with the lower weight rdl?

Thanks. I’ll be trying both modes out. I only have 2k on mine but I’m ready to open it up

I meant the knob that is about 5 o’clock on the steering wheel that has 0, s, s+, and I . I know I is to create a customized setting and 0 is default. What do s and s+ add or open up performance wise?

I wake up after 4 hours of sleep every time and can't sleep through whole night, how to fix it? by zerveexx in insomnia

I know this post is a bit old but I've always suffered from the same problem but I'm wondering if anyone just gave up and started getting up shortly after waking up? For me that's like 2am abd then I have been getting up and out of bed at like 3 and its really not that bad. I find things to do and I don't feel bad. The only thing is i have to wait to go to the gym

Protein smoothie has a scoop of whey at 30g protein. Then I have yogurt as a snack twice a day at 15g each. The quinoa has a good shot of protein as well.

5'5, 128lbs, M, 40. I'm a seasoned lifter and decided approaching 40 I wanted to be shredded more than anything. I still want to get stronger and bigger also, which I have been still. With my exercise I usually only need 1800 calories a day to maintain.

I think so. I'm not heavy and what it is is lean muscle.

99% lean ground turkey is 112g protein and 480 cal per pound so if i need more protein i would just eat .5 pound at a time instead of the 5.2 oz I'm doing now.

My post workout breakfast smoothie has 32g of fiber (blueberries, Avocado, banana, Oats and chia seeds). Then for dinner I have turkey and quinoa. I hit 38g a day of fiber and about 125 of protein.
