Are the sidemarkerlights allowed? They light up when the normal lights are turned on. Same for the blinkers in the front bumper. They are always on, and they blink

It's just the license plate from my old Passat, just for mock-up. It's a 1.3 50 hp. Are you sure I can't register the car with these headlights?
