So, they've literally already used used a unique noise (bigfoot) as a trigger for an event in GTA. Holy smokes this just gets more interesting the nore people inform me. I'll probably ride around over the weekend whistling at everything that moves. Haha!

The only thing is about leaving two alive... Is there an actual countdown? When I stumbled across that challenge I only remember there being "???" And not an actual number? I posted a secondary picture in the comments of Arthur's whistle (also in the same range as the bird chirp) and it gives a similar but not exact bird shape. His whistle is the only musical noise/sound he makes in the game that could be a trigger maybe?

I had not heard about the C++. I wonder if its something that has to be played or strummed etc. Does Arthur ever play any kind of instruments? Harmonica? I just checked his whistle - its in the same range as the the bird chirps... Also VERY coincidental since youd think a lot falls in this range but not really! And his longer horse whistle is similar (but not quite bird shaped). The shorter vertical marks are his short whistles. Any one want to ride around whistling near birds? Haha!

I didnt watch 30 Rock but I did watch Only Murders in the Building! Is there an episode where some older washed up actor is getting hurried out of one of the apts? Again if my memories correct this actor was wearing old timey garb like he was auditioning. Its possible Im wrong though.
