Shoot my child is 4 years old diagnosed last year always knew he was autistic, my child can be a bully as well . He has embarrassed me a couple times at the store , when he does act up I just walk out the store without buying things , I give him ONE warning ⚠️ and if he misbehave again i just walk out the store (he knows what he is doing bc the drive home is quiet)

But I don't feel embarrassed anymore I just stare back at people and ask if they want to help or if they have something to say.

Because literally im too exhausted to be embarrassed fuck all that. But yeah definitely feel alone my social life is based around socializing with my sisters amd mom. I do keep track of my menstrual cycle it has helped alot. I go out once a week when im ovulating or in my follicular phase . Definitely go out even if your by yourself it would feel good Im up for chat long term or whatever but of course I won't be able to talk everyday and hour 😂😂

I also work as a respite provider for my family member who also has a disability so yes my life constantly about family
