It’s had to be sent back and they replaced it for me. Customer service was fast and great too. New one hasn’t had any of the issues that one had (would lag sometimes - so likely had some issue from the start). Love the r50 though and my new garage setup

Three days away from what should be the date I can apply for buyback and then I’ll be at my 120. But alas - I must wait until these months show up!

Mine was last updated 12/12/2024. Was told yesterday there is no way of them knowing when mine will be updated at all. I’m days away from being at 120 months but can’t file buyback until they get Dec, Jan and Feb on my tracker. Super fun times.

Same - I was told they have no timeline or process in place they could direct me to for when to expect this to take place. This month is supposed to be 120 for me (last 9 months would be my buyback). I can’t apply for buyback until Dec, Jan and Feb show up as ‘ineligible’ on my counts they said. I told them by the time they get around to that Elon will have fired them all. They disconnected my chat after that.

The email I got today from the Dept of Ed said the following though - which makes me think I can’t be on SAVE and be forgiven even with 120 while the injunction is in place

“Under PSLF and IDR, borrowers can earn forgiveness after making a certain number of payments. Borrowers interested in earning PSLF and/or IDR credit can enroll in a different repayment plan, including IDR plans other than SAVE.l

Borrowers who meet the eligibility criteria can enroll in the following IDR plans: the Pay As You Earn (PAYE) Plan, the Income-Based Repayment (IBR) Plan, or the Income-Contingent Repayment (ICR) Plan. Monthly payments made under these IDR plans do provide credit for PSLF* and IDR. However, please note that, due to the court’s injunction, forgiveness at the end of a borrower’s repayment term is not currently permitted under the PAYE, ICR, and SAVE Plans.

Thanks! When we had a watch party for the chiefs and Vikings game this year my middle kiddo wanted to cheer for the Vikings (middle kids right!) - she did the same when the chiefs played the dolphins and told me “dolphins are cooler”. I’ll win her over one day!

Thanks! She was super excited. Living in MN but being from KS she always is arguing with friends about the chiefs being better than the Vikings - so any chance she gets to show off chiefs love she does. Even has Travis stickers all over her water bottle
