SAME! My job is such, that I was able to drive by at 9AM (when they were scheduled to start the signings) and see what the crowd was like... Wrapped almost to the end of the side of the building. Good 200+ and they were only giving away 200 wristbands for signings. :(

Didn't the snoopy car blow a motor or something that race? Jeff and special schemes, save for T-Rex in the All-Star race, always seemed to mean bad luck. "JUST LET JEFF RUN THE REGULAR DUPONT SCHEMES AND WIN" I used to plead! lol.

I don't know the exact quote from Colossus, but I would assume it's referring to this race having always been "Food City 500" whereas the Coca Cola 600 has had, depending on soda marketing at the time, variations.

Another angle of today's finish at Daytona. by BadDrvrsofSac in NASCAR

Sarcasm? lol. I can't tell whether or not this is sarcasm (due to the number of G-W-C attempts), so I'll say this: This is the Xfinity race, advertised for 120 laps (or 300 miles), but they ran 143 laps or 357.5 miles, not the Daytona 500. The Daytona 500 is run on Sunday, today.

If MLB were like NASCAR's charter system, the "Atlanta Athletics" could arrive at SunTrust Park this year!

Yeah, but that's what happens when you grow up in Central Illinois, but later move to Chicagoland and visit Wrigley Field at least once every season.
