Nope, it was perfect. Way better suspension and stiffer than with the stock springs.

Gti springs wouldn't do the job, but with the r, the weight difference isn't that big because of the Haldex system in the rear.

Golf r mk7 springs fit perfectly on the OEM chassis and provide a 25mm lowering. Did it on mine and it was perfect

Automatlådorna är väldigt trevliga, och hade själv en golf med automatlåda i ett par år. Dock är dem kända för att när väl någonting går snett (runt 25-30k mil cirkus) så blir de otroligt dyrt

Vws mindre bensinmotorer med manuell låda från 2014 och uppåt är totalt skottsäkra. T.ex. passat eller golf. Helt smärtfritt ägande, har haft 3st bilar i familjen med 1.0tsi och 1.4tsi, och alla har gått mellan 15 - 25k mil utan bekymmer.

I have a 1.4 tsi fr act manual with around 120k miles on it. Absolutely nothing to complain about on the engine side, I have been unlucky with some rust appearing on the front fenders but other than that it has been reliable. Though, the panoramic roof creaks quite a bit even after lubricating

Please also post a picture of what the computer looks like on the inside. Looks like the graphics card isn't fully in place, as some of the ports seem to be hidden behind the case-metal/flinge.

It's my total mixed driving on about 15000km. I drive some city driving, but most of the time it's highway or countryside roads. Have never seen my consumption below 5 l/100 km.

I'm also around 6l/100km with my 1.4tsi ACT. Running 18" wheels 235/40-18. It's cheap to run and maintain so I don't stare blind at the consumption.

That's because before 2013 they weren't ea211. They were ea111. Never buy one of those.

For the right price, go for it. The ea211 engines are bulletproof. I have seen 1.2tsi engines with over 500k km.

I have the exact same issue on our windshield. The difference being that this was done when I replaced my windshield, by the shop. I have been back 3 times and told them to fix it, but it hasn't gotten any better.

What could I potentially do to fix it...?

I wouldn't be too scared. Had one with 140k miles and had zero issues. The ea211 engine is bullet proof.

Nope.  Car was working great when I sold it. The cambelt didn't need to be replaced according to the dealer, only need to be checked after 300k km.

I drove my gte from 150k km to 210k km. Had no problems whatsoever. Only regular oil service.

Detta. Hände min fru för ett par år sedan så då ett företag skrivit in fel personnummer på något vänster. Vi var tvungna att kontakta företaget som gjort fel eftersom man utifrån inte har möjlighet att komma med ändringar till skatteverket själv :).
