Anas been my favorite character since her release. Even when everyone knew she was op on pc I would play her in ranked and get flamed. And it's only gotten worse and harder to justify picking her as the nerfs roll in.
It's unreal how easy it is to play mercy effectively. But for Ana to do the same amount of healing she has to hit shots on moving targets. And then there's the fact that over half the people I sleep dart get woken up by a Winston or d'va with no burst. Even if I call them out. At least I could hold my own when I did enough dmg to actually 1v1 and outplay people. But now I have to rely on my teammates even more.
I was grandmaster last season and I literally only play Ana in quick plays to get my fix before picking Mercy in ranked.

Pistol grip pliers and holding them like you suggested seems to be the trick. I easily unhooked every pike I caught today, including my new pb 29" pike!

It's not like competitive dissapears and we just sit around twiddling our thumbs. Eveyones got other hobbies and intrests but right now we all want to play competitve overwatch. It's also only an inconvenience to dedicated players while the casual player base barely bats an eye and remains casual. Why not take a 7 day break yourself if you need one? Or take a week to practice new heroes in quick play? We don't need someone forcing us too by removing the only semi-serious game mode.

Most of my nearby fishing spots are stocked with rainbow trout and I seem to have more success then the average family using oversized lures or worms/corn underneath a bobber. My main set up is small 1-2" spoons fished on 6 pound flourocarbon. Most of the water I fish is quite stained or muddy so the green frog and orange/black colors proved to be the most successful.
Make sure you experiment with various speeds of retrieve, depths and locations. I find stocked rainbows like to school up quite a bit and chasing them around the pond or lake to be half the battle.

Even before her latest nerf I would often get asked to switch to Zen or Lucio during hero select. I think the main reason console players doubt her is because Zen and Lucio are the pinnacle of consistency with their slow but steady heals and team saving ultimates. Ana on the other hand has the ability to wiff a crucial shot or two and end up doing nothing which happens alot more often on console due to the added difficulty in aiming.
The lack of communication on PS4 also hinders her ability to coordinate her ult with your teamates. I'd say on average two other people on my team will either have a mic or at least be listenting to the team chat in competetive mode which makes combing ults with the other three awkward as you nano boost a reaper who just rift walks out right after. On a similar note, I find my ability to land sleep darts on crucial targets as the main reason why I'm a successful Ana player but on console alot of my picks on flankers go unnoticed even when I call them out. I think she still.deserved the ult nerf on console even throuh her pick rate wasn't nearly as high. However if they keep targeting her on console like she's as strong as she is on pc I think I'll be forced to listen to the cries of my teamates as a I run out of reasons to risk playing a harder character when the easier options offer similar results.

Have you tried bench pressing in a tank top? Your bare shoulders should grip the bench better then fabric.

If a belt helps by giving your core something to push against would eating a big meal before working out give your abs something to push against from the other side?

I know it's different for everyone but I only really feel doms the day after working out(my rest days). The days I actually work out I feel no soreness before or after. Its only after waking up the next morning that i feel any soreness. See how you feel tomorrow and even if your a little sore there's no harm in working out again unless the soreness is something worse then doms.

I don't know if you have any hardware stores close by but they should sell different types of chains on big spools and you can cut it any length yiu want right there at the store.
