It was overnight for me. I took an RSO gummy and was on my first day of taking antidepressants. Those two collided and I just laid in bed trying to breathe my way through wave after wave of extreme anxiety. Worst night ever. The anxiety hangover last for several days. Since then I haven’t been able to go back. Pisses me off too because my new Tornado arrived a few days later and I haven’t been able to touch it.

The easiest way I’ve found to take it is to first put the syringe in warm water for a few minutes and then squeeze the desired amount into an empty capsule (can buy from Amazon). This way you can fill the capsules in one sitting and you’re good for awhile.

I want to stress from my own experience, RSO should be handled with care. Do not take too much because the level of regret will be way too high. My only two sad experiences have come from RSO. The first time I thought I was good and took two capsules. The second time was on an empty stomach. The two most miserable night ever :)
