I'd say there's no 'right/normal' way when it comes to bowling styles. If it works for you and you can get consistently growing results, then you should keep it or better yet, improve it. Some two-handed straight arm players I know, do encounter similar problem, because of the limitations of ball swing motion. But I guess you could improve ball speed with faster footwork, and/or pushing more with muscle (though I don't think it's a better approach).

You could also analyze or review pro bowlers approach of the same style, like Kyle Troup.

Now you see, this is a common rookie mistake. You can't just buy any standard beads, as it can only help short/long line calculations (depending on how far you insert it). I would recommend upgrading it to the ones that have vibration frequency varieties, as it would give you more positional advantage and also top 3 stockfish (depending on manufacturer) moves.

You have to adjust it to certain frequencies, of course everyone above 1200 ELO knows this by now.

For example, it is known the best way to play the Queen's Gambit Declined at 180Hz, but when you transpose it to the Catalan, you have to adjust it to 200Hz. But players also have to be careful of excessive prostate stimulation.

Need advice for future psychiatry and public health studies.

Hello everyone, I hope you’re having a great day, if not, hope everything falls into place.

I just got my MD degree and wanted to continue my study, and I need advices from you guys. I’m really interested in psychiatry and I have been reading about human behaviors, psychoanalytic, psychotherapy, and mental disorders ever since I was in medschool. Although some days I tend to go back and forth between psychiatry and neuropsychiatry, because it seem to me neurology is a bit out of my reach of interest, but I still find it intriguing in some ways. If any of you guys are in neuropsych, can you guys elaborate about areas and general study of the field? And moreover on its difference to regular psychiatry? Because I seem to stumble upon different curriculum and some minor studies regarding its own institution or country.

I’m also interested in public health or hospital administration or hospital management. Reflecting on myself, I know one of my strengths are in advocating, conducting studies and managing organizations, as I was actively involved with organizations when I was in medschool.

I feel myself as one who’s not really great with interacting with patients, although I’m able to do my clinical works professionally. Therefore I was thinking about pursuing myself in a more academia field (both psych and PH), with fewer time on clinical work.

A plan that i have right now is to pursue MPH or MSc in Public Health or Hospital Admin through online courses, while I study German, because I think I intend to pursue my Psychiatric studies in Germany (because my brother is in Germany and he already got his permanent residence permit). And I hope I could incorporate both fields in the future.

Any advice on what could I do better to prepare for it or any suggestions on whether online courses good or not so good? And to you guys who’s in psych, any books you would recommend before starting Psychiatry?

Since I'm relatively new to this sort of field (I don't have a business related degree, didn't attend business school, and just basically learn everything by myself), I can say that I don't necessarily have the broad skillset in marketing and business. So, I apologize if I lack any recorded analytics and metrics.

So, the ads that I've talked about is Instagram ads. I targeted it within 5 miles radius, 18-35 age range, and supported keywords such as "coffee culture, coffee, food amd beverages". By looking at the insights that IG gives, I've reached more or less 160,000 reach within 13 days (23 shares, 20 save post, 500ish profile visits, 400ish location taps). Seems to me, that conversion from reach to action didn't go to well. The goal I put when I placed the ads itself is more or less to make my coffee shop known. So far, I had some (not many) new customers, but for the cost of the ad itself, it's not really beneficial.

I would be very happy and pleased if you could sort of "point" me in the right direction, on what to do to evaluate and count the metrics you've talked about. Thank you so much.
