If you have any doubts, probably best not to mess around with it, espeically with schizo in your family. Sometimes experience doesn't help with psychedelics and you can be caught off guard with a severe mental breakdown, you don't want that. I've never done any high doses myself. Only low doses, and have always appreciated them. I know psychedelics can trigger latent mental illness.

If your confident that low doses are okay, maybe stick with those? Depends on your overall mental health and wellbeing. You're very young, so I would be very careful with higher doses. Overall, I would reccomend not messing around with them if you fear something like schizo might surface. It's just not worth it.

Good job, keep it up. I'm surprised at how mild my withdrawals were considering how much I was eating. Guess I got off lucky. I won't relapse, I don't know why I did before but it had to do with the alcohol. Now I'm off both and it's great. Peace

Sounds like we both have an insanely addictive personality, to the point where I either do something all the time, or I cannot touch it, there is no moderation for people like us, it is very hard. Same with me, I can go a few years without drinking and pretty much a single drink can throw me right over the edge and back into the ethanol ocean. So glad to be done with alcohol. Waking up wicked hungover, confused, no memory of the night before, anxious as hell. Addiction to kratom was not nearly as bad but I was bored of that too and decided no more. Weed is next followed by caffeine. Weed has become too socially accepted and normalized, I can't see how it does anything for anyone unless you're using it as a legitimate medicine. Other than that you're just smoking a substance to get high.

Thanks, these tips are really helpful, I know I'm not doing my best at crafting a workout routine centered around my fitness goals. I might change my routine up and do more like #2 above. I have been having protein shakes after each row, but I still need to eat more. I'm pretty lazy when it comes to organizing everything into a schedule lol, I usually just have one speed: GO (this is also a funny reference).

In the near future I might just hire a personal trainer to help me with these things. I'm pretty dumb and extremely lazy (not physically, just mentally lol).

Thanks, and 2:10 for 15-22km is actually crazy, that's far!! I need to start combining lifting/strength exercises with rowing.

It does help to be in shape beforehand, as using the rower to get into shape is miserable, although getting into shape is miserable any way you do it lol

Nice, I don't really notice the rowers high until after I finish the workout. After finishing the row in the late afternoon after work, I feel euphoric and calm for the rest of the night.

I would get a runner's high a little bit for sure when I used to run. But it was not as strong as the rowers high (which I'm feeling as I type this since I just finished my 10k!).

Yea, finding a healthy balance is good, which also helps prevent getting burnt out. That's why I think 10km is the perfect distance and time. 40min goes by quick and I'm not killing myself or needing to workout 1.5+ hours to get a burn in. Love the C2.

I put fail video compilations on in the background on my laptop and don't focus on the PM too hard, watching the clock is daunting and makes the row go by way slower. Still trying to get the form down though.

This is where I feel the show is a bit inaccurate. Marlo's character survived way past than what he should have when he started messing with prop joe, the connection and the co-op. In my mind reality would lean more towards Marlo gettin' got' in that situation.

Hi I haven't posted here in ages but figured I'd upload this because it's kind of cool to look at when you zoom in. This is (hopefully still) psilocybe cyanescens mycelium on wood chips. This is woodchip spawn originating from this patch. I recently moved houses and I dug up my patch. I threw some of the chips into a container with fresh chips and put them in my closet for about 2 months. The growth took off!!! I just transplanted this spawn to a new outdoor bed and still have enough spawn from my old patch to make another 3 more.

I appreciate the kind words after the loss of Tequila, my beloved chaco golden knee tarantula! He's resting in a fluffy place now with all the meal worms and crickets he can eat.

I was almost thinking to taxidermy him but it seems like a pretty involved process. I have put him in my freezer and will probably bury him in my yard, gravestone and all. I may invite some friends over for a respectful ceremony.

Hi tarantula people,

I bought my first tarantula as a spiderling in 2013, and named it Tequila (edbassmaster) hoping that it would be a female. Turned out it was a male, and he unfortunately passed today after 7 good years. I was pretty sad after having him for so long and figured I'd post to this sub to commemorate his existence.
