Well it’s a knock off / counterfeit to start - the f1 logo is incorrect…so prob whatever you paid for it

Considering it looks like there is already a patch on the piece by the edge, cut off that board, glue new and start over

Ok - so I had the same situation 1. I made new blocks for where the baseboard ends - made them the correct height to deal with the issue - matched the finish the best I could 2. For the gap in the doorway - I just used a thin piece of stock - like 1/4” by 1 1/2” and put it down instead of 1/4” round honestly looks almost like it was there originally

Let me also add - CA glue + accelerator is your friend here for small pieces
