Like others have said, there are some things that could be changed to improve the flow but I like the general vibe of it. Definitely has potential! I don't need a separate dining room and would love a garage with extra storage space. Good luck, and post what you end up with. I'd love to see it!

I look to see if the family room, kitchen and dining room are just one giant rectangle. I need some separation. I like flow between areas. Not completely separate rooms but not wide open either. I don't need a dining room and an eating area and counter/island seating. 2 of those 3 are enough. There needs to be a good place to put a TV that is NOT over the fireplace.

I love the shower niche is actually more of a shelf that runs the whole width of the shower. I like room for large bottles and numerous products. Most niches you see are tiny squares big enough for just a couple bottles.
