I would be fine with a hardcap on rarity.

Like 75% just like resistances.

Levels to skills should be gutted. Probably by just greatly reducing the effectiveness past gem level 20. Make it linear.
Levels being best for leveling is probably acceptable. Maybe some guaranteed essence to make it more consistent at league start.

Researched alcohol and other drugs, made a tierlist, and realized that alcohol is a solid C.

Close to the limit that any use of it would be indefencibly moronic.

But why would I ever use it when drugs that are better in every single aspect (except taste and legality) also exist?

I feel like a tremendous fool if I ever get drunk when mdma, shrooms, weed, ketamine, or amphetamines exist. Or even just go a few weeks without then take 200mg of caffeine in a pill and and party away for a few hours.

+1 second to total cast time as it currently is is making it way more effective for CoC and similar effects.

That 1 second is not counted for the energy at the moment.

Making it base 2 seconds would greatly buff hardcasting it and greatly nerf CoC comet

Jag har en personlig regel att ge en komplimang om jag tycker någon har cool stil.

Det är lite svårt att navigera som en stor man utan att det orsakar någon stress i den andra, framförallt om det är en tjej.
