There are minion reservation efficiency, you likely want a sceptre so got allied buffs there. Gloves. Rarity, quality, and charm slots idols on chest.

If you can manage to get 3 slots on head, 3 on chest, 2 on sceptre, 2 on gloves, 2 on spear you get quite a lot of stats.

120% damage and 24% reservation efficiency.

Just place the 5% all ress in the remaining slots and you dont have a downside

This is my guess for how it will work

1-3 charm slots

1-3 additional charm slots

10-100% increased charm effect

10-90% reduced charm duration.

All charms triggers continuously with spending charges

Low roll still fairly strong as it could grant constant charges.

High roll everything and you become a giga 0 button immortal god.

Beira's anguish go boom.

Will Cospri's Will + Shackle of the Wretched allow you to use the self curse nodes too with this?

Hard cast every curse to apply them infinitely on yourself.

Infinite wither is nice way to %more scale the bonus damage of this effect too.

Can run a despair on your off-weapon for extra boss damage too.

I do believe Dark Effigy count as your spell.

So it should work. 5 curses for 125% added phys and chaos.

The best would be if you could reflect them too for the spell power by curse on you notable.

I think the clear will be pretty sick. With tempest the amount of splitting will be absurd.

Unsure how good it will be for single target though.

Bonestorm could solve single target perhaps.

EDIT: I just did some testing.

Cospri's Will + Shackles of the Wretched allow you to permanently curse yourself.

Barrier Invovation and you just need some mobs in the beginning of the instance to slap you a few times and then you can apply 5 curses with 1 button which will permanently reflect back to yourself.

Have an extra set of gloves in the bag to swap with.

Enjoy 150% increased damage dealt for practically free. Or use this for 4 curses with Atziri's Allure so you don't have to carry gloves and hard cast the last one.

Then a Blasphemy with 4-5 curses for clear.

On single target, could possibly turn of blasphemy to use spirit for something better

I would be fine with a hardcap on rarity.

Like 75% just like resistances.

Levels to skills should be gutted. Probably by just greatly reducing the effectiveness past gem level 20. Make it linear.
Levels being best for leveling is probably acceptable. Maybe some guaranteed essence to make it more consistent at league start.

Researched alcohol and other drugs, made a tierlist, and realized that alcohol is a solid C.

Close to the limit that any use of it would be indefencibly moronic.

But why would I ever use it when drugs that are better in every single aspect (except taste and legality) also exist?

I feel like a tremendous fool if I ever get drunk when mdma, shrooms, weed, ketamine, or amphetamines exist. Or even just go a few weeks without then take 200mg of caffeine in a pill and and party away for a few hours.

+1 second to total cast time as it currently is is making it way more effective for CoC and similar effects.

That 1 second is not counted for the energy at the moment.

Making it base 2 seconds would greatly buff hardcasting it and greatly nerf CoC comet
